Deluxe apartment

Villa Bis has one deluxe apartment called apartment 10. This apartments is currently the biggest apartments for rent in the house and can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Apartment 10 is located on the first floor and has around 50 square meters. However it also contains a gorgeous 20 square meters terrace, so you can enjoy those sunny days to the fullest. Spacious living room and kitchen are in one room and together occupy half of the apartment. In this room you will find the sofa which can easily be transformed into a bed for 2 adults, satellite with LCD TV and air conditioning. Bedroom features a double bed for two adults, while bathroom provides a shower. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare and serve food, as well as the refrigerator with deep freezer, coffee maker, toast maker etc. Numerous other services can be arrange with the owner, such as the use of a computer, wireless internet access, telephone/fax, iron, washing machine etc.

All guests have a secure parking for their vehicles and can freely enjoy the garden, the barbecue, play table tennis or badminton. Each apartment is cleaned free of charge at the arrival of new guests, and also at least once a week if guests decide to stay for a longer period of time.
